Raging is Prohibited
Government of Maharashtra has notified ragging as a cognizable offence. Any one reported to be severely dealt with. Therefore students are instructed to restrain themselves and others from indulging in any form of ragging. Students and parents are required to sign an undertaking in this regard as per the policy of government of India. Student must report any ragging attempt in the premises of institute or hostel to the academic coordinator.
Anti Raging Committee
Raging in any form is prohibited at Pillai HOC Institute of Management Studies and Research. PHIMSR has ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY towards ragging. It is a punishable offence as per the guidelines of Honorable Supreme Court of India, guidelines of AICTE Notification File No. 37-3/Legal/AICTE/2009, Dated – 1st July, 2009 and Maharashtra Prohibition of Ragging Act, 1999.

Grievances Redressal Committee
The Institute, under Clause 1 of Section 23 of AICTE ACT, 1987 (52 of 1987) AICTE (Establishment Mechanism for Grievances Redressal) Regulation, 2013 vide notification F.No. 37-3/Legal/2012 dated 25th May 2012, already contituted a Grievances Redressal Committee.
